Rachel Family Housing Ltd offers safe and secure Housing Schemes which provides accommodation based support services for people living with Mental Illness
Our Supported Housing Schemes can help you to:
- Move on into your own Independent Accommodation in the Community
- Learn Independent Living Skills
- Manage your Rents, Bills and Budgets
- Plan Menu’s and Live Healthily
- Access Training and Education
- Volunteer or find and keep paid work
- Engage in hobbies and social activities
Staff are usually onsite during the day and overnight as required. Our Supported Housing Schemes does not offer Personal Care Assistance and so therefore we only focus on supporting Tenants to successfully move on into more Independent Longer -term Accommodation.
Rehoboth House – SE15
Rehoboth House s a 6-18 months transitional service that provides Housing related and person-centred support planning with a focus on promoting independence. Tenants stay for up to two years before moving on into independent living. Our Staff provides practical support to help tenants transition back into independent living Accommodations by helping them along the way with their own individual journey to recovery supporting them to build self confidence, develop practical skills, get and maintain a job, volunteer, achieve personal goals, make new friends and gain the necessary new skills they need to establish a foundation for independent living.
