Based accross numerous sites, Saffronlands Homes was first established in 1982 to provide care for the elderly. Since then the organisation has grown and diversified. Our care capabilities now extend to many categories of care and support including challenging behavioural issues and complex needs.
Salvation Army – Modern Slavery Referral Helpline
The Salvation Army will provide victims of modern slavery with:

Material assistance
Access to psychological support
Access to legal advice and assistance
Counselling
Emergency medical treatment
Translation and interpretation services when appropriate
Education for children.
Our case workers are in regular contact and only a phone call away.

They often accompany victims to important meetings and work alongside other key professionals such as solicitors and local authorities. They work with victims to develop supportive links within the community and help them have access to training opportunities and secure employment
Sanctuary Support Living
Through quality support and housing services, we help clients gain the life skills they need to build the foundations for independent living. In addition, residents in our extra care and retirement living schemes have access to the care and support they require to live independently whilst our home care services support people to live in their own homes.
Self Management UK
Self Management UK are here to help you manage your long-term health condition better by yourself. They aim to give you the tools, skills and support you need to improve your wellbeing. Self Management UK's free course is for patients living with one or more long-term health conditions. The self-management programme will give you practical solutions, tools and techniques so that you can better manage your condition on a daily basis.

SH:24 is a new free online sexual health service that allows people to test themselves for STIs in the privacy of their own home and get results by text message within 7 days.
SLaM Child and Adolescent Neurodevelopmental Service (Southwark)
The Southwark Neurodevelopmental Service is a Tier 3 child and adolescent mental health service (CAMHS) based in the Sunshine House, Southwark Child and Young People's Development Centre. They provide assessment and treatment for children and young people, up to the age of 18, who have a severe developmental disability and complex mental health problems.
SLaM Forensic High Support and Recovery (Southwark)
The Forensic and General High Support Team is a community mental health team (CMHT). We provide intensive support, monitoring, rehabilitation and advice for people, aged 18-65, who have severe and ongoing mental health problems and learning disabilities, and a history of offending.
SLaM Memory Service (Lambeth and Southwark)
The Southwark and Lambeth Integrated Memory Service (SLIMS) offers comprehensive assessment, treatment and support options to anyone over the age of 18 with mild to moderate memory problems likely to indicate dementia.
SLaM Mental Health and HIV Service (CASCAID) (Maudsley Hospital)
CASCAID providesepsychological and psychiatric assessment and treatment in the community for people diagnosed with HIV that are experiencing mental health problems.
SLaM Specialist Care Unit for Older Adults, Ann Moss (Southwark)
Ann Moss provides specialist assessment, treatment, accommodation and 24 hour nursing care for people aged over 65 who have dementia and challenging behaviour. Our team of specialist nurses work closely with the person, their family and carers. We help to minimise people’s challenging behaviour and to maintain their health.
South East London Vision
South East London Vision (SELVis) is a registered charity supporting blind and partially sighted people in Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. They exist to ensure people living with sight loss in South East London can live independent lives and have access to high quality services when and where they need them.
Southwark Advice Plus (Leonard Cheshire Disability)
Leonard Cheshire Disability's Southwark Advice Plus service offers information, advice and access to help disabled people live more independently across Southwark.
Southwark Council Translation Service
The council is committed to providing a free translation and interpreting service to those residents who need it to access essential council services and who cannot get help from family and friends. The service has access to experienced interpreters and translators in over 70 languages, covering all communication needs including sign language, face to face and telephone interpreting, and the provision of important information in large print, audio and Braille.
Southwark Disablement Association
SDA is an organisation of people with seen and unseen disabilities which supports disabled people to live independently and achieve their full potential. SDA exists to ensure that disabled people have access to society as a whole and are socially included, having the right to be full and active members of the communities we live in through choice and self determination.

Southwark Parent Carers Council
We are the parent carer forum for Southwark - and we want to achieve the best local services for children and young people aged 0-25 with disabilities/additional needs and their families. We are working with partners in education, health and social care to give families a say in the design and provision of services. Our parent reps are now involved in workstreams with Southwark Council on the new SEND Reforms.
Southwark Wellbeing Support at Home (SWiSH) – Metropolitan
Southwark Wellbeing Support at Home (SWiSH) helps clients to remain at home, living their own lives safely and as independently as possible by avoiding unnecessary or unplanned hospital admissions.
