Together to deliver new Wellbeing Hub service in Lewisham
A new service providing free mental health support to people in Lewisham is now open. Together for Mental Wellbeing has opened its Lewisham Wellbeing Hub, funded by the Lewisham Health and Care Partnership including Lewisham Council and South East London Integrated Care System. The hub provides timely, targeted support to help people across diverse communities in Lewisham to manage their mental health.

MHAW 2023: Art & Mental Health – Clive & Rory from Wavelly House on taking part in art therapy & having work displayed
Our theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 is Art & Mental Health and something that a lot of people who use our services have benefitted from is art therapy. We were delighted to speak to two residents from our Wavelly House Accommodation Service in Clive Cooper and Rory Stanswood who were kind enough to share their lived experiences from taking part in the classes and creating their own art.

MHAW 2023: Interview with Melvyn Wyke from Avalon on Art & Culture & benefit on wellbeing
Mental Health Awareness Week runs from Monday 15th to Sunday 21st May and our theme for 2023 is Art and Mental Health. For the week we'll be looking at how art and culture can have a positive effect on mental health and wellbeing and we begin that with Melvyn Wyke who is a resident at our Avalon Accommodation service.
