- That the area of South Bermondsey would be visibly cared for with green and open spaces tended by local people for community beenfit
- Older people would be mentally and physically prepared to be able to fully participate in community life
- That many younger people would develop skills enabling them to participate in the wider community and within 2 years be in some form of further training, volunteer work or employment
- To identify & develop local entrepreneurs to go on further training, employment or self-employment. In their office they offer free business enterprise training to all living in Southwark and a job club.
