The purpose of the Facilities Officer role is to deliver and support the facilities at the office.
You will be the central coordination point for all property and meeting related queries.
As well as the management of the facilities and office services, the role will also involve administrative duties relating to maintenance and expenditure/budget monitoring.
Further details can be found in the job description document below, but it is essential that the individual applying for this role has good interpersonal/communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team. The job involves contact with members of the whole office and so the ability to liaise and interact effectively with people is important. Numeracy skills are also essential due to the tasks of budget management. You must be able to prioritise and efficiently organise multiple tasks throughout the day. Being technological competent is also necessary.
