Together is an amazing place to work and it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a passionate and driven individual to join the high-profile Criminal Justice Services at the national mental health charity Together for Mental Wellbeing.
The post-holder will have key responsibilities in areas line-management of a number of Liaison and Diversion Practitioners and Criminal Justice Link Workers working within criminal justice and community settings.
Responsibilities around governance and assurance, policy, change management and service-wide operational support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with management experience and a clinical background (HCPC accredited or equivalent) to join a well-regarded and nationally recognised organisation, with a richly successful history in changing the lives of people with mental health needs within the criminal justice system.
We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BAME backgrounds.
