The Role

Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.

Together’s new Wokingham Your Way service offers flexible community based support to people with mental health needs, throughout the Borough of Wokingham.

We are looking for a proactive Your Way Worker to join our team. The service provides a range of activities and support with the aim of aiding people’s recovery and staying well. You will be providing flexible, personalised support and guidance, promoting recovery, wellbeing and independence with the emphasis on community engagement and self-management. Workers will be required to coordinate and maintain their own workload, reporting on their activity as required.

Interviews will be held: 18th April 2017

We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BME backgrounds.
