World Mental Health Day 2020 – One thing you want people to know

For World Mental Health Day 2020 we wanted to share the insights and knowledge of our service users and staff with lived experience of mental distress. As a result we asked a single question:

What’s the one thing you want people to know about your experiences with mental health?

The answers we received were varied and focussed on different themes but all are honest and open and offer unique and valuable perspective informed by lived experience of mental distress.
