Community Mental Health Team – North East (Rotherhithe and Bermondsey)

Community Mental Health Services provide help to adults with mental health problems, such as depression, phobias and other serious conditions. The team provides care for adults, aged 18-65, who have a psychotic illness. This involves distorted perceptions of reality – thinking, feeling, hearing and seeing – often with symptoms of hallucinations and delusions. The service is available to people who live in the North East area of Southwark.
