Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.
Kelvin Grove is a CQC registered accommodation service supporting 12 individuals with mental health needs. As a recovery worker you will be directly supporting individuals with daily living such as attending appointments, administering medication, budgeting, cooking and cleaning.
The service is staffed 24 hours a day and so you would be required to sleep in on occasion.
The service is recovery-focused and supports people to achieve positive outcomes and become more self-managing in order to move on to more independent living.
We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BAME backgrounds.
