The Role

Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.

An exciting opportunity to join our high quality, clinical and recovery focused accommodation service, working alongside people with complex needs.

Working within a Psychologically Informed model of support you will utilise elements of personalisation in order to improve engagement and promote reliable, timely and positive outcomes, enabling individuals on their journey towards independent and fulfilling lives.

Working as part of an integrated team you, as a mental health practitioner will lead on providing specialist assessment and intervention to service users, supervising the staff team and enabling them to work in a psychologically informed way.

As a mental health practitioner you will support service users and the staff team from the point of each referral, contributing to care and risk planning.

You will support the staff team in developing their knowledge and understanding of psychological ways of working and oversee the implementation of outcomes measures.

We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BME backgrounds.
