Our World Mental Health Day 2025 coverage
For World Mental Health Day 2025 at Together we continued to focus on our theme of physical wellbeing and looking at how it can impact and interplay with mental health. We explored this theme through both the people who our services, and our staff and volunteers, concentrating on how people can be supported with their physical wellbeing in many different and individual ways.

For the day we heard from people using our services across the country on varied topics including getting involved in gardening and growing fresh produce to cook with to using physical activities to deal with health issues and improve wellbeing. We also heard from people who use our services who have been attending a local gym together as a group and others who’ve enjoyed getting out in nature through walking to community gardens.
