Kingsmead Cluster Accommodation Service provides a specialist accommodation-based supported living service for adults aged 18-65 with a mental health diagnosis and/or primary mental health needs and with a range of dual needs impacting upon well-being, support need and risk.
Opening Times
Kingsmead Cluster Accommodation Service is open 24 hours, 7 days per week.
As a 24 hour accommodation-based supported living service we provide personal care upon request with support from agency staff sources by Lambeth council. The service aims to:
- Support people who use the service to maintain good mental health and maximise recovery outcomes to maintain independent lives, through culturally appropriate person-led service provision
- Support individuals to prevent tenancy breakdown and loss of accommodation and to be integrated members of their communities
- Work with relevant partnership agencies, in particular Living Well Centres (LWCs) and other mental health professionals.
- Provide an environment where all individuals within the nine protected characteristics in the Equality Act 2010, feel safe, secure, and protected from avoidable harm.
- Promote independence and enable people who use the service to live as independently as possible
