Green lane is a registered CQC Residential Recovery Care Home for people with mental health and other complex needs.
You’ll provide an assistant role to the Project Manager with the day to day running of the Service including staff supervision, monitoring and implementing the procedures of the scheme and supporting the manager delivering the required outcomes.
We need someone with experience of supervising staff and for the manager when required.
An excellent communicator with a good knowledge of a range of mental health issues, as well as quality assurance framework.
The role involves shift work that includes working Nights and sleep- ins. This is a full time position and permanent post
