Blackfriars Settlement is a registered charity providing services to the community. They offer a wide range of services and activities, supporting people to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
The Dragon Café is Mental Fight Club’s latest creative project: a relaxing café and imaginative space, open to all. The Dragon Cafe provides a simple, affordable, healthy menu each week, and a wide range of creative and well-being activities, all of which are free and open to all.
Founded in 1887, today Time & Talents runs targeted projects working with people with high levels of need such as isolated elderly people and disabled groups, and universal wider activities and events designed to create a strong, resilient, happy, and supportive community. A core part of their work is providing ways for people to connect and share their time and talents, including a wide range of volunteering opportunities, skills-sharing, and opportunities to socialise and connect neighbours to reduce isolation.
Brandon Library is based on Cooks Road. They offer groups and activities for both adults and children.
Camberwell Library offers weekly and monthly activites for children and adults, including Baby Rhyme Time, Children’s Games Club, Homework Club, Pensioners’ Club, Job Club, book group, knitting group and free IT courses (see website for further details).

Inspire will offer a chance for young and older people to develop their talents. InSpire will offer basic skills training, IT introductory sessions,parenting support and language, literacy and numeracy support.
There’s lots to do at our healthy living centre in Southwark. Darwin Court is open to the public, not just Peabody residents.There are a range of activities and events – from parties to classes and meetings. It is also be used as a base for running community projects.
