Southwark Wellbeing Workshops

Southwark Wellbeing Workshops are a series of free, day-long psycho-educational workshops which aim to offer help to residents of Southwark experiencing stress, low self-confidence, disturbed sleep or anger management problems. They are offered by the NHS.
Many people experience feelings of stress, low self-confidence, disturbed sleep or anger at different times in their life. Sometimes, these problems can become difficult to cope with and may start affecting other areas of life.
Southwark Wellbeing Workshops aim to help participants gain a better understanding of how they are feeling and to develop skills necessary to manage the thoughts and feelings which are problematic, whether the problem is low mood, feelings of anxiety, feelings of anger or difficulty with sleep patterns.
Workshops are run on selected Saturdays in the John Harvard Library on Borough High Street throughout the year.
