Muslim Youth Helpline
MYH is a charity and online contact helpline service that provides free and confidential faith and culturally-sensitive support helplines targeted at vulnerable young people in the UK. Muslim Youth Helpline was founded by young people to respond to the social problems endured by Muslim youth in the UK. The charity warns that within the Muslim community, increasing numbers of young people are resorting to self-harm and substance abuse for escape, and mental health problems appear disproportionately higher.
