Meals On Wheels

The council can deliver meals to older or vulnerable people in their own homes. To find out if you can receive this service, a social worker will need to carry out an outcome based assessment. A number of other providers can deliver meals to your door and offer support for preparing meals or if you prefer, you could have frozen meals delivered so you can choose when to heat up your meals.
