H.U.S.H.
H.U.S.H. (The Hidden Universe of Self-Harm) is a fully user-led self-harm support group based in East London. The group holds regular support meetings and members of the group will also have access to 24/7 phone and advice support. The support phone number will be given to individuals once they become a member of the group. As well as meetings, members can also go on outings.
