CAB Southwark Council Leaseholders Service
Citizens Advice Southwark provide independent advice for leaseholders or freeholders of former council properties within the borough. The project, funded by Southwark Council and the Homeowners Council, gives information on issues such as the neglect of a building or estate affecting a nearby property, understanding leaseholder rights and responsibilities and consultations on building works.
