What is Bakery Court
Bakery Court is a Supported Housing Service comprising of 12 Flats all self-contained. Four of the flats are bedsits and there is a service charge of £15 a week which pays for the utility bills. The other 8 flats have no service charge and the resident is responsible for the set up and payment of all the utilities.
How is it staffed?
The Staff Team is based at Bakery Court and is staffed 9-5pm, 7 days a week, should it be required there is telephone support overnight provided by the staff of our sister site Devonshire Place.
How much support will I receive?
Bakery Court is commissioned to provide an average of up to 10 hours support per person per week. This will include direct and indirect support. The support received will depend on need and will be detailed in personal support plans.
What type of support do we offer?
The aim of all of the services is to assess and support people to work towards their chosen housing goal and have the opportunity to live as independently as possible in the future.

Who is the service for?
The service is for people from the age of 18 with mental health difficulties, who live in the Norwich area. We can also offer support with issues such as alcohol and drug misuse, self-harm and eating disorders but only if this is not the primary diagnosis or sole support need.
How long can I stay within the service?
We work to a maximum stay of 2 years, however, the length of time is led by the support needs of the individual and working on the housing assessment process. The aim will always be to support to live as independently as possible and to move on into the community.
