Our accommodation servicessupported around 250 people each month to live more independently
Of the 150 peoplewho completed a survey about our accommodation based support:
- 90% reported that they make choices about the important things in their life
- 87% said they have a support plan in place that reflects what they want to achieve
- 81% said they have a big say in what they want for the future
Our community support services helpedover 2,200 people a month work towards meaningful goals
Our criminal justice services helped around500 people a month tackle the difficult things in their lives and steer clear of crime
Our Community Link Workers supported450 people to successfully engage with support services following their contact with the criminal justice system
We supported over 800 people to engage positively with their probation orderand supported their offender managers to understand the importance of service user wellbeing and its impact upon their engagement
Our Liaison and Diversion practitioners assessed over 3,000 people for mental health needsso that these needs could be met by support services, and taken into account when decisions were made about bail and remand
Of 88 people we support that responded to a survey
- Over 90% said they always have a say in the support they receive
- Over 85% said their experience of involvement at Together was excellent or very good
- Over 80% said that changes are made to the support they receive based on their views and feedback
We now provide high quality
service user led peer supportto over 200 people per month across 26 of our community and accommodation based support services
Our advocates helped more than 1,600 peoplea month to have their views and wishes heard
Our Paid Relevant Persons Representatives (RPRs)supported more than 500 vulnerable people under an authorisation of Deprivation of Liberty
Over 60 advocates came togetherfor our third national advocacy conference
