Together is an amazing place to work and it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.
Kings House is an 18 bed CQC registered care home, located in Westbourne.
We support adults with mental health needs with the aim of promoting recovery and independence. Our aim is to promote recovery to enable people to achieve their goals and aspirations to lead meaningful and independent lives.
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of caring or supporting individuals with mental health issues.
The care home is staffed 24/7 and so there is a combination of early, late and sleep in shifts, which includes weekends and bank holidays. There is a sleep-in allowance which is paid in addition to your salary.
In return you will receive excellent benefits including our pension scheme and opportunities to learning and development.
