Together is an amazing place to work and it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.
Kings House is an 18 bed CQC registered accommodation service supporting people with severe mental health issues, the care home is staffed 24/7 located in Westbourne.
A Relief Senior Social Care Worker has a variety of responsibilities, including direct support, administering medication, supervising other staff, recording and reporting, managing shifts and managing the service in the absence of the Project Manager.
A Relief Senior Social Care Worker will be part of a small, dynamic team, working alongside other Senior and Social care staff, supporting the recovery of individuals within the service.
The role will require the successful applicant to work late and early shifts/ weekends and carry out sleep-in duties as and when required.
In return we offer a friendly and dynamic working environment, competitive pay and a great range of benefits.
We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BAME backgrounds.
