Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.
An exciting opportunity to join our new high quality, clinical and recovery focused accommodation service, working alongside people with complex needs. Working within a Psychologically Informed model of support you will utilise elements of personalisation in order to improve engagement and promote reliable, timely and positive outcomes, enabling individuals on their journey towards independent and fulfilling lives.
Working as part of a 24 hour rota you will support service users and the team in ensuring a supportive and enabling service. We have particular need for waking night staff, with some day working availability
We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BAME backgrounds.
