We have an exciting opportunity to lead our successful CQC registered accommodation service in Bexhill-on-Sea, working alongside people with complex needs.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring individual who can engage positively with people and lead others to do the same. Together is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of our Service Users & we want you to be part of our success.
You will be responsible for the management, development, monitoring and review of the service,, ensuring that it is run in accordance with relevant policies & procedures, as well as Together`s values and ethos.
You will need to have Diploma Level 5 or equivalent in health & social care, experience of running a CQC Residential Service, aligned to a strong understanding of KLOEs & relevant legislation.
You will have proven experience with being able to engage people with a positive & proactive approach & have a track record of being able to develop and encourage professional growth in others.
