Are you an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy who is looking for a new challenge to broaden your experience?
We have an exciting opportunity to lead our CQC registered accommodation service in Bournemouth, working alongside people with complex needs.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring individual who can engage positively with people and lead others to do the same. Together is passionate about making a real difference to the lives of our Service Users & we want you to be part of our success.
You will be responsible for the management, development, monitoring and review of the service, ensuring that it is run in accordance with relevant policies & procedures, as well as Together`s values and ethos.
You will need to have Diploma Level 5 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, experience of running a CQC Residential Service, aligned to a strong understanding of KLOEs & relevant legislation.
You will have proven experience with being able to engage people with a positive, proactive approach and have a track record of encouraging and developing professional growth in others.
