People Development Officer and System Administrator

The Role

Together is a national mental-health charity, with services across England, working alongside service users in ways which empower them to make the choices that affect their lives, and lead their journeys to wellbeing on their own terms.

We are seeking applicants with a background of working in Learning and Development and experience of iTrent system administration to join our L&D section within the People and Organisational Directorate, to support the delivery of high-quality training to ensure we deliver our strategic objectives and our commitment to create working environments that allow people to flourish and be the best they can be.

You will be responsible for the administration of our eLearning and face-to-face training, responding positively and proactively with people across Together and providing customer focused support.  You will be encouraged to use your insights and knowledge to improve what we do and how we work, always focused on increasing the positive experience of the workforce, and those who access our support.

You will also undertake system’s administration work on itrent, updating and  ensuring accurate records and reports are available for staff and managers, providing helpful insights, analysis and advice.
