At Together for Mental Wellbeing, we pride ourselves on promoting a diverse and inclusive culture and embracing our differences. We offer all our employees the same growth and development opportunities. We have a strong female representation throughout the workforce. As of April 2021, women comprised 73% of the total workforce.
Under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, as an employer with more than 250 employees we are required to publish annually a series of calculations that highlight the gender pay gap across the workforce. The gender pay gap shows the difference in the average pay between all men and women in the workforce. It is defined as the difference between men’s and women’s hourly earnings, expressed as a percentage of men’s earnings.
Together’s mean gender pay gap of 11.3% compares favourably with the national average of 15.4% in 2021.
At Together, we remain committed to reducing the gender pay gap by developing a deeper understanding of the reasons why we have a gender pay gap – and defining and implementing appropriate actions towards narrowing this gap.
