You’ll bring strong team management skills and a track record of building excellent relationships through a senior business partnering approach, with the ability to advise and influence at all levels. Together for Mental Wellbeing (Together) is a national charity working alongside people on their journey towards better mental wellbeing and independent lives. We are the UK’s oldest mental health charity, established more than 140 years ago, and we offer a wide variety of support services to help people deal with the personal and practical impacts of living with mental distress, from one to one support in the community to supported accommodation to working alongside people in the criminal justice system.
This is a hybrid position in London - two days per week in office (Lambeth), with occasional visits to services across England.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to support the development and implementation of peer support across Together for Mental Wellbeing in the role of Peer Support Practice Lead.
Together for Mental Wellbeing is one of the oldest and most respected charities in the UK that offers a range of services to support those experiencing mental distress.
Our peer support offer at Together is an integral part of our approach to service user leadership, whereby we value and champion the voice of those with lived experience of mental distress. Together proudly adopts this approach and has demonstrated a commitment to this approach throughout the history of delivering mental health support.
This role sits within the Service User Leadership Team, which is one of the core Central Support Services in the organisation. Reporting into the Head of Service User Leadership, this role will play a key part in enabling Together to implement our unique Peer Support Framework in partnership with operational colleagues, through offering training, guidance, support and mentoring around best practice.
We are looking for an individual to join the team who has their own lived experience of mental distress, who can demonstrate great leadership skills with a commitment and passion for service user leadership and peer support. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels in the organisation, including external agencies and stakeholders, to support the strategic and operational development in these areas.
This position is 4 days per week (30 hours) and is home based with the expectation of travel into our London office for meetings as and when required. The role will also include some travel to our services when required. All travel expenses will be paid.

Ravenhill Way is 10 bed CQC registered care home. We support adults with mental health needs with the aim of promoting recovery and independence.
We are looking for a motivated individual with experience of caring or supporting individuals with mental health issues. We require someone who will be reliable, flexible and are able to use their own initiative.
Support Workers are required to do light domestic tasks such as cleaning and supporting with cooking basic meals.
The care home is staffed 24/7 and so there is a combination of early, late and sleep in shifts, which includes weekends and bank holidays. There is a sleep-in allowance which is paid in addition to your salary.

About the role
Alongside the Service Manager, you are responsible and accountable for monitoring, maintaining and providing the highest standards of service delivery, while promoting independence and choice to the people supported in the service. You will support the Service Manager to manage and ensure the delivery of the service’s key quality and safety priorities by holding delegated responsibility in key areas of the day-to-day running of the supported living service. A Relief Support Worker has a variety of responsibilities, including direct support with all aspects of peoples’ daily living in order to promote recovery and independence, administering medication, risk assessment and management and recording and reporting.
The Relief Support Worker will be part of a small, dynamic team, working alongside contracted Senior and Support Workers within the service.
