Healthy Young People (HYP) Southwark is a new health and wellbeing service for young people (under 25s) in Southwark provided by Brook and Change, Grow, Live (CGL). The partnership provides expertise in delivering the best sexual health and substance misuse service for young people.
IBA Charity

London Wildlife Trust – Growing Out project
A structured gardening and conservation work project for young adults with mild/moderate learning disabilities living in South, North or East London. It involves physical work and the ability to follow some directions. MAC-UK
Our vision is the radical transformation of mental health service delivery for excluded young people who offend or are at risk of offending. Our mission is to take mental health services out of the clinic and into the community with young people for young people. For mental health to be at the heart of all interventions and services for excluded young people. To effectively campaign for recognition that serious youth violence is a mental health issue as much as a justice one.
METRO
METRO is a leading equality and diversity charity, providing health, community and youth services across London. METRO run a social group, a counselling service and a victim support service for LGBTQ young people in Southwark.
Mind & Soul Choir was founded as a way of promoting mental wellbeing and reducing some of the stigma surrounding mental illness through singing. We've performed in a variety of venues, from being the after dinner entertainment for the Florence Nightingale Foundation's gala evening to singing in John Browne's 'A Nightingale Sang' at the Queen Elizabeth Hall. We sing a variety of genres from funk through pop and Motown to folk, classical, world music, swing and everything in between. We have recently performed at the Royal Opera House, the South Bank Centre and the Victoria & Albert Museum.
Nightstop/ Depaul
Providing a safety net to those forced to leave their home, Nightstop places young people in a safe and warm home for the night, provided by a vetted and approved volunteer.

It prevents young people from sleeping rough, "sofa surfing", or staying in unsuitable accommodation where they would be at risk of abuse. The use of spare rooms in a positive environment makes a huge difference to young people in crisis.
Peckham BMX Club
Peckham BMX Club is based at the BMX track in Burgess Park. They run a number of BMX sessions, including a girls' after school club, a mixed after school club, novice and intermediates sessions and inclusive sessions.

Peckham Library is a library and community building situated in Peckham in south-east London.
Pembroke House
Pembroke House is a multi-use community space in Walworth, south-east London. They offer free community activities and volunteer opportunities so that people can get involved in their local community and improve their wellbeing.
People In Harmony
Membership is nationwide and we are keen to recruit more members and volunteers, set up local support groups and develop a network of contacts with experience relevant to our aims.
Ramblers – Get Walking Keep Walking
The Ramblers is a charity whose goal is to protect the ability of people to enjoy the sense of freedom and benefits that come from being outdoors on foot. We’re an association of people and groups who come together to both enjoy walking and other outdoor pursuits and also to ensure that we protect and expand the infrastructure and places people go walking.

Outreach Service providing Individual support and group activities for young people and adults with learning disabilities in Lambeth and neighbouring boroughs including Southwark.
