SELDOC (South East London Doctors’ Co-operative)
Urgent Medical Care for patients in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham when your GP Surgery is closed.
SLaM Aubrey Lewis 3 Ward (Maudsley Hospital)
Aubrey Lewis 3 (AL3) is a 19-bed ward at the Maudsley Hospital. We provide adult inpatient care and treatment for men, aged 16-65, who have severe mental illness.
SLaM Chelsham House (Bethlem Royal Hospital)
Chelsham House is part of Bethlem Royal Hospital. We provide inpatient assessment, treatment and care for people aged over 65 with acute mental illness or under 65 for people who have dementia.
SLaM Home Treatment (Southwark)
Our Home Treatment team (Southwark) provides a community based service to support people, aged 18-65, at home, rather than in hospital. Our service helps to avoid the stress, anxiety and upheaval that can happen with a hospital admission. We support people who live in the London Borough of Southwark. Our team includes both health and social care staff.
SLaM John Dickson Ward (Maudsley Hospital)
John Dickson Ward is an 18-bed, adult inpatient service. Our aim is to ensure that people with acute mental illness are safe and receive the assessment and treatment they need in the least restrictive environment.
SLaM MedNet
MedNet is a confidential brief self- referral psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment service, for doctors and dentists, funded by Health Education England (formerly London Deanery).
SLaM Mental Health Liaison Service (King’s College Hospital)
We provide a 24-hour service to assess and treat emergencies in the Emergency Department and inpatient wards who have mental health problems.
SLaM Psychosis Community Service (Southwark Central)
Our Psychosis Community Service (Southwark Central) provides care for adults, aged 18-65, who have a psychotic illness. This involves distorted perceptions of reality - thinking, feeling, hearing and seeing - often with symptoms of hallucinations and delusions. We help people to continue with the improvements they have made with their illness, teaching them the skills to live independently in their community.

Psychosis Community Service (North West) provides care for adults, aged 18-65, who have a psychotic illness. This involves distorted perceptions of reality - thinking, feeling, hearing and seeing - often with symptoms of hallucinations and delusions. We help people to continue with the improvements they have made with their illness. We teach people the skills they need to live independently in their community.

SLaM Staying Well Service (Southwark)
The Staying Well Service offers time limited support for Southwark adult service users making the transition from community mental health services to GP based care in Southwark. Ideally, service users will have achieved a six month period of stability in clinical symptoms during his/her recovery pathway and are motivated to increase self management stills and independence by working collaboratively with a Staying Well Practitioner to develop a Staying Well, Recovery and Crisis Plan.
SLaM Thames Ward (Bethlem Royal Hospital)
The purpose of our service is to ensure that mentally disordered offenders are assessed and treated effectively, in the least restrictive environment. We aim to manage the risk, reduce further offending and support recovery throughout the person’s stay. Our service is designed to support people on a pathway to recovery through a series of carefully managed stages.

St Giles Surgery
St Giles Surgery building hosts two separate practices operating a rota for registration, which alternates 2/3 weekly. The surgery operates an open list. We accept all patients on our list regardless of their race, culture, religion or sexuality.
St Thomas’ Hospital Emergency Department
Our Emergency Department is open to anyone who needs emergency care because of a serious illness or accident.
Sternhall Lane Surgery
Sternhall Lane Surgery is a small inner city practice, delivering health care to patients in Peckham, London. Our dedicated team also care for a rehabilitation house in Nunhead, Kairos and Barry House a refugee centre in East Dulwich. In addition to these clinics we also care for four nursing and residentiual homes across Southwark.
