Action on Hearing Loss is the new name for RNID. We’re working for a world where hearing loss doesn’t limit or label people, where tinnitus is silenced and where people value and look after their hearing.
Adult community nursing team
The adult community nursing service provides professional nursing care in the community to adults over the age of 16 who are either housebound or have complex needs.

Bede House – Learning Disabilities
Bede Centre is a place where people with learning disabilities can learn new skills, make friends, and help other people.
Blindaid
Delivering emotional & practical support to blind and visually impaired people by visiting them at home. Telephone support, long term loan of audio equipment and may offer grants to support independent living.
Blue Badge-Disabled parking permit
The Blue Badge Scheme provides a national arrangement of on-street parking concessions enabling people with severe walking difficulties who travel either as drivers or passengers to park close to their destination.
Bonded Thru Cancer
Bonded Thru Cancer support people who have been diagnosed with cancer. Their main aim is to serve those who have been diagnosed with cancer and their families with a Buddy System, so that people never feel alone during their hospital appointments. Bonded Thru Cancer currently work with people who are undergoing cancer treatment at Kings College Hospital. Volunteer Buddies meet people at the hospital and support them through their treatment that day.
Bradbury Oak House
Bradbury Oak House is run by Action for Blind People and has been designed for visually impaired people who wish to live independently, with a choice of support available if needed.
Camberwell M.E Support Group
We are a group run for and by people (or carers of people) with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), in the South East London area. The group aims to ease the suffering and isolation of people with this debilitating and still poorly understood condition.
Camden Society (Community Support in Southwark)
Community Support Southwark is managed by The Camden Society. Their vision is for a society in which people with a learning disability live their lives to their full potential, free from discrimination. Whether you live on your own or with family, or already have other help, they can work with you to plan your activities at the Riverside Centre, out and about in the community or at home. The Camden society will listen to you and help you get support to fit with your personal budget, as agreed with the council.

Would you or a loved one benefit from having some extra help at home? If you’re finding cooking and cleaning, or even dressing yourself, increasingly difficult, we can help.

We've been supporting independence with home care services for over 20 years. We help older adults, people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and people who have mental health support needs.

Certitude provides personalised support across London to people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health support needs as well as their families and carers.

Certitude Travel Buddy Scheme
The Certitude Travel buddy scheme that links those with lived-experience and those at risk of isolation. It is tailored to the needs of the individual and is designed to keep people safe while encouraging independence. Travel buddies will accompany service users to ensure access to community resources for those in greatest need. Travel buddies will be rewarded via time-banking. Our Travel buddies can support and teach people to use public transport with confidence.
Choice Support
Choice Support is a pioneering social care charity providing cost effective and flexible support services for disabled and disadvantaged people. We were formed in London in 1984 to help people with learning disabilities have better lives, and now provide services throughout much of England, to people with a wide range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex health needs, physical disabilities and homeless people. We support some people with needs other than those listed.
