Capital Walkers

Capital Walkers

Capital Walkers was set up by Londoners who love getting out into the countryside as well as the lesser known parts of the city. If you want to keep fit, make friends, and escape the City for a while, or you want to explore London’s historic streetscapes and parks, then Capital Walkers is for you! All walks:
•Are led by volunteers
•Start and end within easy reach of public transport
•Are open to everyone, without charge, in order to try out the group.

The group is aimed at people aged 35-55. Everyone is welcome: you don't need to be a member to try us out and most walks have at least one new person on them. If you decide to take part, just turn up on a walk, there's no need to book.
If you decide to walk with us on a regular basis then we ask you to join The Ramblers. Membership is a snip at £33 a year, with benefits that include discounts in many outdoor shops, including 15% at Cotswolds (as at December 2013). Instructions for joining can be found here on the website.
