Carers Advice Southwark (Citizens Advice Bureau)

The Carers Advice service from Citizens Advice Southwark is here to provide information and advice to all carers in Southwark. Free information and advice is provided, from help with filling in forms, through to advice on welfare benefits and community care, and referrals for a carers assessment. The service aims to ensure all carers advice needs are met.

The service can be accessed via email or phone, or face-to-face during drop-in times. There are also online resources available on the Carers Advice Southwark website.

The drop-in times are as follows:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (10am-1pm) at the Peckham office – 97 Peckham High Street, SE15 5RS
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays (10am-1pm) at the Bermondsey office – 8 Market Place, Southwark Park Road, SE16 3UQ

If you can’t make the drop-in times, or have any other needs, please call Carers Advice Southwark on 0300 330 1170 and they can advise you over the telephone, or book you an appointment at a more convenient time.
