Get Yourself Active is a partnership led by Disability Rights UK, funded by Sport England and delivered by Leicester Centre for Integrated Living and Cheshire Centre for Independent Living. They aim to work with the health, social care and sports sectors to develop better opportunities for disabled people to get active.

The Get Yourself Active website features information, resources and links to help you and those around you get active. You can see how others are getting active using personal budgets or by finding the right links in their local community. The website also contains more general information and factsheets about personal budgets, along with links to websites listing local opportunities for inclusive physical activities.

People with a disability who want to find ways to get physically active. The website might be particularly useful for people using personal budgets.
