Bede House – Learning Disabilities

Accepts personal budgets

Bede is a local community charity. At Bede, we believe strong, confident communities enable people to flourish. That is why, since 1938, we have been working from our Bermondsey and Rotherhithe base in Southwark to support local people in creating better lives for themselves, their families and their communities.

Bede Centre is a place where people with learning disabilities can learn new skills, make friends, and help other people. Below are some of the things you can do at Bede Centre to make up your own personal timetable:

  • Individual Support
  • Employment Support
  • Supported Volunteering
  • Activities
  • Bede Cafe

Our services can be purchased with a personal budget or arranged through your social worker.  To see a short film about Bede, please click this link: http://vimeo.com/114290596.
