The Sheppey Resource Centre serves people aged 18 to 65 in the Sheppey area who have mental health problems.

Usually the Centre has 40 registered members at any one time, and about 20 people visit each day. Three Social-care Workers are available to provide emotional and practical support, and to help people access local facilities and educational and social opportunities.

What facilities are there?
The Centre is based on two floors of Trinity House, with its own separate entrance via a small courtyard. It is situated fairly close to the local shops and community facilities in Sheerness.

Hot meals are available from Monday to Wednesday and snacks on Thursday and Friday. Light refreshments are also available.

When are we open?
We are open 10am to 4pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 12pm to 6pm on Tuesdays. Members also open the Centre every Saturday morning from around 10.30am to 2.30pm.

Who can use the service?
The Service is free to anyone who wants to attend. You can be referred by a family member, friend, carer or someone in your community mental health team, or you can self-refer.
