Approach and outlook
The project provides independent accommodation with support for 14 indviduals. It is funded by Joint Finance and the Housing Corporation.

A three-bedroom house is planned for the future to accommodate a family with a member who has mental health needs.

It is hoped that an outreach service can be developed which will support people with mental health needs in their own homes in Newbury.

Location
The project is across two sites: Garland Court (Berkeley Road) and Bramble Court (Queens Road, Newbury). Both are within easy reach of shops and other local services.
