Social Care Worker – Elva Court

Salary:

£13,465.32 + £184.68 RRA per annum + sleep in allowance

Elva Court is looking for an inspiring and compassionate person, who can work creatively alongside people with mental health needs, at our supported living service based in Bexhill On Sea.

Utilising your passion for empowering people with complex mental health needs, you will be supporting individuals to increase their independence & life quality.

You will use a person-centred approach and work flexibly to support individuals on their journey of recovery.

No experience is required for the Social Care Worker role as full training is provided.

This position is for 30 Hrs/Wk. Because of the nature of our work you will be expected to work early/late shifts, weekends and sleep-in duties for which a sleep-in allowance is paid in addition to salary.
