Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community

We are looking for inspiring and creative people to work in our residential care service to support individuals with Mental Health needs.

Our aim is to promote recovery to enable people to achieve their goals and aspirations to lead meaningful and independent lives.

Previous experience in Mental Health is not essential as full training will be given.  You will be expected to work early/late shifts, alternate weekends and sleep in duties: sleep in allowance is applicable and in addition to the annual salary.

In return you will receive excellent benefits including our pension scheme and opportunities for learning and development.

As a Relief Worker, you’ll be working under a Zero Hours contract agreement, providing cover when permanent staff are on leave. You are under no obligation to accept work offered to you, nor are Together obliged to offer you any set work pattern.

We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BME backgrounds.
