We are a CQC registered Recovery Service, working holistically and proactively with service users with complex and challenging needs, who often experience crisis. The work we do requires great levels of flexibility and the ability to adapt in an unpredictable environment, with varying degrees of risk involved.
You will need to demonstrate a commitment to service user led practice and to understanding and complying with the relevant legislation and contractual obligations. You will need to demonstrate strong skills in reflective practice, empathy and time management, as well as strong working ethics in taking responsibility for your own workload and in supporting others.
As this is a relief post, you will be working under a Zero Hours Agreement: you are under no obligation to accept shifts offered to you, nor are Together under any obligation to provide set shifts per week.
