The Role

Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.

As a Recovery Worker you will help to provide a recovery-focused service, working with people with mental health needs. Willow Tree House is a supported housing project based in the Old Town area of Swindon. We offer a short-term and long-term stay, focusing on using a person-centred recovery approach. This post will include various shift patterns including sleep-in shifts weekends and bank holidays.

We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BME backgrounds.
