Hampshire North Housing and Support service is comprised of 4 supported accommodation services located in Alton, Aldershot, Fleet and Farnborough. The service works with people with complex mental health needs and supports people to develop various aspects of independent living in order to manage their mental health better and to move on to own accommodation, within a short timeframe of 6-24 months.
We are looking for a confident, experienced and enthusiastic person to manage this service and to lead it to improved outcomes for all stakeholders. The successful person will need to be able to balance housing management demands with support commitments for the service users and the small team involved in running this service. Experience of managing staff and working with a range of other individuals and professionals is necessary, as well as a track record of ability to manage time, deadlines and resources.
