Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work within our Senior Team to oversee our Norfolk Integrated Community Housing and Support Service. This work will see you leading on the operational management of the contract across Norfolk. This will include building external relationships and partnerships with stakeholders regionally.
Key to your success will be the ability to support operational practice, provide regional leadership and develop key support and mentoring relationships with Locality Managers across the county. You would also be expected to contribute to the organisation’s review of strategy. This will include building on mapping and gap analysis of current opportunities, audit and support services. Also developing extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant services, social care and health strategy and policy context, operating models, and contract specifications.
To be considered for this key role, you’ll need to be outcome-focused, with previous experience gained working with the social care, health and the voluntary and community sectors, combined with commercial acumen and new business and relationship management expertise. You will also need an understanding of the broader political, economic, health and social policy factors affecting community support and supported housing services with the ability to use this knowledge effectively.
Travel throughout the UK will be required.
We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BAME backgrounds.
