Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community

Utilising your positive, enthusiastic and creative approach, this is an opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives. We are looking to recruit individuals with a person-centred approach to work in our CQC registered, Recovery Service in Basingstoke.

Working with people with complex needs, you will utilise elements of personalisation to improve engagement and promote positive outcomes and independence. This will involve risk assessments and producing both management and personalised recovery support plans, including identifying goals and aspirations and detailing activities & interventions. Other aspects of the role include key-worker sessions with individual clients, focusing on mental health insight, awareness and resilience. Working alongside our dedicated psychologist there will also be an opportunity to learn Psychological Interventions, with many of staff having an opportunity to learn CBT amongst other areas.

The vacancies are predominately at our Basingstoke service, Wavelly House, however you may be asked to work in other Hampshire projects (such as Swiss Cottage, Cliddesden Road or Kirtling House). Their aim is to motivate, enable and support people with a primary diagnosis of mental health problems to achieve greater levels of independence. In addition it is the projects objective to support those who live there towards recovery and enable their social inclusion.

Please note: this role will include some evening/weekend working and sleep-ins.

We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BME backgrounds.
