Our Space Art Gallery

The Together: Working for Wellbeing Our Space gallery was established at 12 Old Street, London EC1V 9BE, in 2006. It supports and celebrates all artists in the mental health arena, as well as any external artists or performers who would like to help reduce stigma and prejudice in mental health.

Opening on March 11th:

'Our Stories': a sound and photographic exploration and journey into understanding mental health issues through the eyes and stories of those directly affected. Features in-depth interviews with people living with mental health problems, capturing a voice and an experience straight from the heart.

Accompanied by photographic portraiture work of the interviewees taken by Carmen Luvian, Tom Medwell, Julia Sasse and Frida Bengtsson.

Devised and curated by Christina Millare and Claire Monger, 'Our Stories' is part of Mental Wellbeing Week 2010 (8-14th March), organised annually by Together.
