Our services for people with mental health needs who have been in contact with the criminal-justice system
1.Our ExperienceTogether has a great deal of experience of working with people who have been in the criminal justice system. Our residential services have always supported people with such a history to return to the community and to find a new and better life. We also have:
- a forensic mental health service working across London. Most Practitioners are based in local probation offices. They assess people who appear to have mental health needs and support them to access any services they may need. This section of the website focuses mainly on our forensic work in the capital
- high-support residential services, which are specifically aimed at people with complex needs, including those who have been in contact with the criminal justice system
- a specialist community support service in Barnsley that works closely with probation, housing and prison services as well as other voluntary-sector agencies in the field of offending behaviour and substance misuse.
