Yoga for Wellbeing

Yoga for Wellbeing is a gentle, mixed class which is suitable for beginners and people with more experience. These sessions aim to release tension from the body and mind, and increase overall wellbeing.
Yoga for Wellbeing will take place at Sporting Recovery, and the workshops are available to anyone who lives in Southwark or who is registered with a Southwark GP. Participants may attend weekly or can go to one-off sessions. Please contact Joy Matthews at the Southwark Wellbeing Hub to register or for more information.
Sporting Recovery develop ways of helping people with mental health issues cope with their recovery journey and find ways of integrating back into their community. Their programmes integrate sports, nutritional advice and education.
