Pop Up @ Pembroke House
December 12 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Southwark Wellbeing Hub Pop Ups provide you with an opportunity to speak to one of our Your Way Workers close to your home or community. We can help you access mental wellbeing support, tell you about what the Hub can offer or help you to discover the services that are available in your local community.
All Southwark Wellbeing Hub services are free and available to anyone who lives in Southwark or is registered with a Southwark GP.
This Pop Up is held every other Tuesday in Pembroke House, a multi-use community space in Walworth. They host many different community activities, including a wellbeing programme and community garden.
One of the Hub’s Your Way Workers is based at Pembroke House every other Tuesday, usually in the room upstairs, at the top of the church. If you have any access requirements please let us know and we can arrange to see you in a different room. When you arrive at Pembroke House, please go to the office/reception on the right side of the entrance hall and let them know you’re here for the Pop Up.
